Robotics Without Barriers

OUR STORY
Robo4All began as a youth-led initiative with a simple vision: to make robotics education accessible to every student, no matter their background. Many of us discovered our passion for robotics through VEX V5, and we know firsthand how much it can spark creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. But we also realized that not every student has the same opportunities to explore robotics or gain hands-on experience.
That’s why we created this platform — a space where beginners can find clear, engaging resources to get started. The website brings together learning videos, step-by-step guides, blog posts, and stories from competitions. It also features a gallery that highlights our journey in robotics and a community section where students can connect, share ideas, and support each other.
Our goal is not just to teach robotics, but to build a community of young innovators who can inspire one another and grow together. By making robotics education more open and inclusive, we hope to give every student the chance to discover the same excitement and opportunities that robotics has given us.

I’m a Grade 12 student at St. George’s School and the founder of this project. I’ve been involved in robotics for many years, competing in VEX and other robotics competitions where I developed skills in design, programming, and strategy. Beyond competing, I’m passionate about making robotics education accessible to all, especially students from underserved communities. Through this project, my goal is to inspire and support the next generation of young innovators by sharing knowledge, resources, and opportunities in STEM.

I'm a Grade 10 student at St. George's School and an active member of the VEX Robotics Club. I've also competed in FIRA robotics competitions, where I earned first place in Canada. In that event, I designed and programmed a robot capable of autonomously tracking lines and using distance sensors to locate other robots. I'm excited to join this project to help others who share my passion for robotics get started and find their own path in the field. I wish to contribute my experience to make robotics more accessible and engaging for everyone.

I am Samantha, a Grade 11 student at Country Day School. I have enjoyed robotics since middle school, starting with VEX for two years before moving into FRC. I’ve been active in robotics both inside and outside of school, learning how design, programming, and teamwork all come together to create something exciting. I wanted to join this project because someone once introduced me to robotics and helped me discover my passion, and now I hope to do the same for others. Robotics has had a great impact on my life, and I want to share that experience to inspire more students to get involved.
